Our work on the new Jefferson Terrace Academy project will begin in April 2019. This will be our second ongoing project with Cangelosi Ward. The new EBR school site is scheduled to open its doors to students in August 2020.
We will begin work on the three-story Mandeville High School Addition project soon. This project will be under the direction of Thompson Construction. Levett Mechanical values its decades-long working relationship with Thompson Construction and looks forward to our continued partnership.
Site utilities and building shell construction is scheduled to begin in Spring 2019, under the direction of Regal Construction. Levett Mechanical looks forward to working on our first project with Regal.
Main Event Entertainment is Levett Mechanical’s first project with ResCon Group. Work on the project began in January 2019. The entertainment venue, located at the Mall of Louisiana, will consist of a bowling alley, arcade, restaurant, and bar. The venue offers birthday parties, team building, corporate events and parties, meetings, and happy hour.
Underground rough-in of the Brusly High School project began in March 2019. This is Levett Mechanical’s first project with Milton J. Womack, Inc. The 16-month project consists of three buildings: main, gymnasium, and fieldhouse.
The Livingston Parish Safe Room and Community Center is one of two ongoing projects with Deumite Construction. Levett Mechanical’s scope includes both site utilities and building plumbing.
Levett Mechanical is the plumbing contractor for the Dean Foods Cooler Expansion project located in Hammond. We are excited to work with Dennis Group again for the second Dean Foods fast-track expansion project.
Levett Mechanical is the site utilities and building plumbing subcontractor for the Thrive Academy Charter School project located in Baton Rouge. We are grateful for our continued partnership with The Lemoine Company. The new school site is tilt-wall construction and is scheduled to open its doors to students in August 2019.
Levett Mechanical is continuing work on the Chimes Restaurant and Rooftop Bar project in Baton Rouge. We are happy to work with Capitol Construction on this historic building renovation and addition at the gates of LSU.
Levett Mechanical is the plumbing subcontractor for the Sprouts Farmers Market and Retail Shell project located in Baton Rouge. This project is Levett Mechanical’s first opportunity to work with Ridgemont Construction and is Sprouts first Louisiana location.
